Customization

Your branding, applied the right way

The technique matters as much as the artwork. We pick the method that survives how the uniform is actually worn, washed and replaced.

  • Screen printing

Large runs with a fixed, limited-colour logo

Ink pushed through a prepared screen, one screen per colour. Holds up well on cotton and cotton-rich knits over repeated washes.

  • Embroidery

Blazers, polos, waistcoats, chef coats and caps

Your artwork digitised into a stitch file and sewn directly into the garment. Gives a raised, textured finish on chest, sleeve or cap panels.

  • Heat transfer

Jerseys with player names, numbers and sponsor marks

Artwork cut or printed onto transfer film and pressed onto the garment. Handles gradients, photographic detail and per-piece names and numbers.

  • Fabric & colour selection

    House colours and brand-matched palettes

Pick GSM, weave and finish per garment, then match shades against a physical swatch before bulk so repeat orders stay on tone.

  • Custom size runs

Mixed teams and non-standard fit requirements

Size sets produced from your own measurement chart, including extended and youth sizes, so fit is checked before the bulk cut.

Questions

Common customization questions

Which branding method should I choose?
Embroidery suits structured garments like blazers, polos and caps. Screen printing suits large runs with a fixed, limited-colour logo on cotton knits. Heat transfer handles gradients and per-piece names and numbers, which is why it is the usual choice for sports jerseys.
Can you match our exact brand colour?
We match shades against a physical fabric swatch before bulk production, and keep that reference for repeat orders. Screen and dye results vary slightly between fabric types, so the approved swatch is the reference, not an on-screen colour.
Do you produce a sample before the bulk order?
Yes. A sample set is produced against your approved specification so fit, fabric and branding can be checked before the bulk cut begins.
Can one order include different sizes and age groups?
Yes. Youth through extended adult sizes can run within the same order, and we can produce a size set from your own measurement chart first.
